LibMaps offers exciting features like Holdings Finder and stack-level mapping, which helps users locate books, shelves, and subject areas precisely within the library. These can be accessed via a “Map It” button in the catalogue or LibMaps’ search. Currently, these features don’t support OCLC holdings integration. This integration would enhance the user experience by linking catalogue data with physical locations inside the library. Hi!  As a new WMS user, I would like to recommend an enhancement that would allow library staff to see the patron type on results page after searching for a user under Circulation > Assist Patrons.  This would allow us to quickly spot if the user is a student, staff, or community at a glance - as well as identify which account to select from the results when there are identical names.  Thank you for considering! ... I frequently receive reminder emails for events (product insights, office hours)  that I already registered for. Since there are so many events that I register for, I don't always remember whether I already registered or not. Seeing how the Community Center already knows which events I registered for (it says so when I go to the registration page) it would be really helpful if it would no longer mail out reminders for those events. ... It is possible to subscribe to receive email updates from the OCLC Status page (https://oclc.service-now.com/status). We've become aware that not all updates on the Status page is emailed to customers who have registered to receive email updates - we have seen occasions when there have been outages that have updates posted on the Status page but an email is not sent. OCLC says this is by design We would like to see the option for customers to be able to register to receive all updates that are posted to the Status page that relate to products the customer has signed up to receive updates for.
