It is possible to subscribe to receive email updates from the OCLC Status page (https://oclc.service-now.com/status). We've become aware that not all updates on the Status page is emailed to customers who have registered to receive email updates - we have seen occasions when there have been outages that have updates posted on the Status page but an email is not sent. OCLC says this is by design
We would like to see the option for customers to be able to register to receive all updates that are posted to the Status page that relate to products the customer has signed up to receive updates for. This could be in the form of an extra option on the System Alerts Subscription page for customers to receive all updates rather than just the ones OCLC choose to send
