Add Home Branch ID to the Report Designer
Currently we can get a Home Branch Name, but the ID is not available.The weekly patron export we get via SFTP uses Home Branch ID, which we can compare to our local data (so things aren't out of sync). Patron uploads also use the ID and not a name.
