I went to set up OCLC auto sync of our holdings and saw an IP address I didn't remember or recognize. Once I connected with the vendor, it turned out to be the IP address I needed, but it would have been helpful to be able to add a note to show who the IP belonged to when I first added it several years ago. A Note field could be added between IP Address(es) and Actions for whatever info the institution might find useful.
