Description of Enhancement


Provide a way for people to subscribe to receive notifications by email when the 'Known Issues' list of a product changes, i.e. when new issues are added to the Current Issues section and when issues are moved to the Fixed Issues section.


Issues Enhancement Will Resolve


As a WMS manager I would be better informed of issues.Currently I have to wait until a patron or colleague notifies me of an issue and then check the Known Issues list to see if it is already listed.


Current Workaround


Frequently check the Known Issues list of each service.Not a workaround I actually use, at least not 'frequently'.

Yes!  I too find it difficult to keep up with things being added and removed from the Known Issues lists for the various modules.  I'd rather notify my staff proactively to be on the lookout for something.  If we experience the same issue as others then I can open a ticket with Support and be added to the queue.

This would help us to keep up to date and notify colleagues and end users.

This would be tremendously useful. It may prevent me from reporting some issues to support if I had noticed they were already a known issue and generally increase awareness of what is already being addressed. I do sometimes check the known issues when something is reported to me but it would be helpful to be informed about updates to them so I can be more easily kept up to date.
