Thank you for the suggestion. We are excited to share that this feature is now available in the new OCLC Community Center. Community members can now subscribe for email updates when new ideas are posted, when fellow community members post replies or vote, and when OCLC updates an Idea's status. Community members can also subscribe to individual Ideas to receive updates for just the community ideas that are most important to them.

For more information about subscribing to ideas, review Learn about community-submitted ideas in the new Community Center. Thank you for your suggestions to help improve engagement in the Community Center!

Description of Enhancement

We would like the possibility to subscribe to an RSS feed or email notifications the same way as we can do for discussion topics on the community discussion forum:

"Subscribe to this discussion forum to get new posts and replies delivered to your email inbox.   You may subscribe at the forum (all topics posted to the discussion board) or an individual topic level."

Issues Enhancement Will Resolve

This way WMS users will be actively informed about new enhancement requests without the need for them to login to the enhancements environment in order to see what is new.

Current Workaround

Currently a user has to manually go to the enhancements section of the community forum to actively trace enhancements.

I subscribe to email updates for the discussion boards, which is so helpful to staying informed. This needs to be available for enhancements, so we can support each other's suggestions to improve functionality.

I fully support this. Right now I occasionally check the enhancements for all services. I have to write down when I checked last, or rely on memory to know which ones I have already seen. I am sure I miss quite a few enhancements. An RSS feed of new enhancements would make for a more efficient workflow. I think it would also increase the likelihood of people voting for enhancements.
