Enhancement forum RSS feed subscription

Description of Enhancement

We would like the possibility to subscribe to an RSS feed or email notifications the same way as we can do for discussion topics on the community discussion forum:

"Subscribe to this discussion forum to get new posts and replies delivered to your email inbox.   You may subscribe at the forum (all topics posted to the discussion board) or an individual topic level."

Issues Enhancement Will Resolve

This way WMS users will be actively informed about new enhancement requests without the need for them to login to the enhancements environment in order to see what is new.

Current Workaround

Currently a user has to manually go to the enhancements section of the community forum to actively trace enhancements.

I do very little with enhancement requests unless someone posts in a discussion about them because I never think to log in to the Community Center to check them. If new requests were emailed to me, I would be much more likely to be proactive in responding to ones which would be useful for our library.

100% and to emphasize your point, I submitted https://www.oclc.org/community/enhancements/user_forms/share-enhancement-submissions-by-email.en.html for Tipasa in 2018 and they seem only to recently started talking about implementing it.
