Allow images in enhancement requests

Description of Enhancement

It is great that we are able to attach images in discussion posts. This would also be beneficial when submitting enhancement requests. Some things are hard to describe with words only.

Issues Enhancement Will Resolve

Make enhancement requests easier to explain and understand. Provide more clarity.

Thank you for the suggestion. The new OCLC Community Center includes functionality allowing users to embed or attach images to their enhancement suggestions to clarify the request and provide additional details about workflows, problems, and workarounds. We appreciate your feedback!
