Followed by Sarah Meilleur, CEO, and Jim Chisholm, Chief Technology Officer, at Calgary Public Library. They will discuss their recent experience with a cybersecurity threat, including the nature of the threat, their response, lessons learned from the experience, and recommendations for other public libraries.
OCLC’s security team will discuss common security threats faced by public libraries and offer best practices to protect against them. Lastly, the EZproxy product team will explain how hosted EZproxy can serve as a secure remote access solution for libraries.
